I like biscuits.

And chocolate.

And pretty much anything that has a dangerously high sugar content.

Problem is, climbing legs aren’t built on sugar, or so I’ve been told. The only place for jet planes is about two hours into a four hour ride. That’s a long way for a sugar-hit.

Do I really need to be afraid of the diet Nazis if I’m going to be in shape for the Milford Classic?

Any tips for staying on the wagon?
